Our rich curriculum caters for both indoor as well as outdoor activities, in true Montessori essence we follow the child’s needs and cater for their holistic development .

About Us

Our Junior PreSchool class caters for children from 6 months to 3 years of age (Child dependant). Here the children are introduced to the Montessori learning method through the use of specialised equipment and techniques.

Stimulating equipment to encourage:

visual discrimination
gross motor movement
fine motor movement
hearing
crossing the midline
palmer grasp
pincer grip
concentration

Activities are used for neurological development, stimulating the senses, encouraging the 2 sides of the brain working together, speech, vision and hearing.

Our PreSchool classes cater for children from 3 years to 6 years of age. One-on-one interactions for optimal development of a particular skill or knowledge from our 3-year syllabus, with 5 subjects: Practical life; Sensorial; Language; Maths; Cultural.

Focusing on all areas of development including art; literacy; maths; powers of observation; reasoning skills; gross and fine motor development.

Our extramural activities include:

Arts and crafts
Drumming
Hip-hop dancing
Stimu kids (Developing minds through movement)
Intergrated Learning Theraphy (ILT) movement programme
Soccer starz

These extra mural activities are offered at an additional fee, run independently from the school and are subject to change.

Therapies are available through the school, at an additional cost.

We make use of activities which stimulate development, enhance performance and stimulate the body's natural healing processes while helping children with behavioral problems and learning difficulties.

Through our Montessori approach, we provide children with the tools to continuously develop their skills for lifelong learning; Treating all individuals with respect and integrity encouraging the understanding of the interconnectedness of life.

As role models, our educators strive towards their own continual self-development and are all qualified in the Montessori method of teaching. Thier observations of each individual child, are guided to offer children developmentally appropriate activities, based on their individual needs and capabilities.
