Voices of Resistance & Resilience at the HRM 2026 Book Fair
A panel on safety, dignity, resilience, and restoring human worth in communities.
Voices of Resistance & Resilience opens the book fair’s panel programme with a conversation grounded in safety, purpose, and human dignity. The session looks at how psychological, physical, environmental, and social vulnerabilities intersect, and why building resilience in homes, workplaces, and communities remains a human rights imperative.
The discussion also examines how concentrated power can create fear, silence, and psychological harm, while asking what real intervention, correction, and restoration can look like in practice.
