To What Extent Does Artificial Intelligence Threaten Human Rights?

AI, dignity, work, and economic security

As AI technologies continue to automate tasks across many sectors, important questions arise regarding job displacement, unemployment, economic inequality, and the protection of the fundamental right to work.
This debate will provide a platform for students and youth to examine whether artificial intelligence poses a threat to human rights, particularly the rights to work, dignity, and economic security, or whether it creates new opportunities for innovation, productivity, and social progress.

Participants will engage in structured discussion, present arguments, and reflect on the ethical and human rights dimensions of technological advancement.
