Economic Justice and Democracy: Unpacking the Systems That Strain Human Rights
Film, democracy, and economic justice
Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on the intersection of democracy and economic justice. As we screen the film “Chasing Losses”, we’ll explore the ways in which economic systems and policies can strain human rights, particularly for marginalized communities. We’ll examine the role of democracy in promoting economic justice and accountability, and discuss potential solutions to address income inequality, exploitation, and systemic injustices. Together, let’s work towards a more just and equitable society.
